Pernille Sejer is the founder of Dressed4Stress and a former fashion industry executive with over two decades of experience spanning design, product development, sustainability, and brand leadership.

After experiencing burnout firsthand, she left the industry temporarily to study the science of stress, the nervous system, and human behavior. Today, she combines lived experience with professional expertise in workplace well-being, psychosocial compliance, and leadership training to support fashion organisations and their people in creating sustainable performance cultures.

Pernille is a keynote speaker, certified coach, and trusted advisor to industry professionals across Denmark and internationally.
